What You Will Do:
  • Lead teams and growth within Guidehouse's Defense and Security Segment with a specific focus on our IC clients
  • Have on the ground presences and leadership over teams delivering program management, financial management, and operational effectiveness support to our clients
  • Responsibility for outcome based performance of your teams and exceptional contract delivery
  • Ability to coordinate with colleagues to have an impactful and positive effective on business operations and growth
  • Manage client and team relationships through accountable project and contract management
  • Develop and mentor more junior staff

What You Will Need:
  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree
  • SEVEN (7)+ years' of experience as a Program Manager
  • SEVEN (7)+ years' of experience in a financial management discipline
  • Prior experience leading teams in business or finance related disciplines within he federal government
  • Active PMP, or equivalent PM certification

What Would Be Nice To Have:
  • TEN (10)+ years' experience leading teams within the IC and familiarity with IC budget, systems, and governance
  • Experience and success with business growth

The annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00-$188,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
