JOB DESCRIPTION

Bathhouse is seeking friendly and attentive Guides to be the welcoming face of our guest experience. In this role, you'll help guests check in, answer questions, and ensure everyone feels comfortable and cared for throughout their visit. As an integral part of our team, you'll contribute to creating a calm, thoughtful, and seamless experience from the moment guests arrive.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
  • Provide clear orientation and guidance for the Bathhouse experience.
  • Answer guest questions about amenities, services, and policies with friendly and accurate information.
  • Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and any necessary paperwork or waivers as needed.
  • Monitor guest flow and capacity to ensure a comfortable and safe environment.
  • Communicate guest feedback, concerns, or incidents promptly to management.
  • Promote Bathhouse services and retail offerings when appropriate.
  • Uphold Bathhouse's standards of hospitality, safety, and professionalism at all times.
  • Assist with opening, closing, and shift transitions as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in hospitality, spa, wellness, or customer service preferred.
  • Warm and welcoming demeanor, with strong communication skills.
  • Comfortable interacting with guests in a busy, high-touch environment.
  • Ability to stay calm, professional, and solutions-oriented when issues arise.
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and assist with light lifting as needed.
  • Comfortable learning and using reservation or POS systems (training provided).
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
