Join Michelin, the worldwide leader in tires! We're looking for an experienced Account Executive to help grow our infrastructure business and strengthen customer relationships. This sales role is key to driving portfolio growth, profitability, and delivering value to our clients. This position requires the candidate to be based in the territory, with Baltimore, MD being the optimal location.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

  • Sell tires for the most awarded tire company in the world
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients.
  • Manage accounts end-to-end and coordinate internally to meet client needs.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand our client base.
  • Use a consultative approach to recommend solutions that align with client goals.
  • Track performance metrics and take action to ensure success.
  • Perform hands-on inspections of construction equipment, including evaluating tire condition, wear, and safety

WHAT WILL YOU BRING

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communicationandrelationship-buildingskills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and think critically.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in construction equipment
  • Comfort working hands-on in active job site environments
  • Willingness to get hands dirty and perform physical inspection work outdoors
  • Ability to conduct detailed inspections of heavy equipment, including tire condition and wear
  • Problem-solving skills to address client challenges and deliver solutions.
  • Comfortable analyzing data and trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience is a plus.
