This role goes far beyond transporting luggage. You are a guide, a connector, and a trusted presence, someone who helps guests feel oriented, cared for, and genuinely welcomed from the moment they arrive. Whether you're offering directions, sharing a local recommendation, or ensuring a smooth arrival or departure, your presence shapes how guests remember their stay.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, creating an immediate sense of welcome and care.
• Assist guests with luggage in a prompt, safe, and courteous manner, ensuring belongings are handled with respect.
• Escort guests to their rooms when appropriate, providing helpful information about hotel amenities, services, and layout.
• Offer directions, local recommendations, and transportation assistance to enhance the guest experience.
• Coordinate with the Front Desk, Housekeeping, and other departments to ensure seamless arrivals and departures.
• Respond to guest requests with professionalism, ownership, and a genuine desire to help.
• Maintain a clean, organized lobby and bell area, ensuring carts and equipment are in good working condition.
