Job Description:
As a Front Desk Associate at a Hilton-branded hotel, you are the first point of contact for guests and play a key role in delivering the warm, welcoming, and exceptional service that defines the Hilton guest experience. This position is responsible for greeting guests, managing check-in/check-out procedures, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay. The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, detail-oriented, and passionate about hospitality.
Key Responsibilities: 
  • Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure.
  • Check guests in and out of the hotel accurately and efficiently.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, complaints, and concerns.
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, transportation, and dining.
  • Promote Hilton Honors memberships and assist with enrollment.
Reservations & Front Office Operations:
  • Manage room assignments based on guest preferences and availability.
  • Accurately handle cash, credit card transactions, and billing.
  • Use property management system (PMS) to check room status, update profiles, and manage guest accounts.
  • Maintain lobby and front desk area in a clean and welcoming condition.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest requests and room readiness.
Brand Standards & Professionalism:
  • Uphold Hilton brand standards in every interaction and task.
  • Follow all hotel policies and procedures, including those related to safety, security, and confidentiality.
  • Handle confidential guest information with discretion.
  • Assist with night audit procedures and shift reports as needed.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or customer service education is a plus.
  • Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred.
  • Experience with hotel property management systems (e.g., OnQ) is a plus.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle difficult situations professionally.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer operations.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
