Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE: 

  • Lead the team providing administrative support for Medical and Health & Performance departments
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ability to lead through example. 
  • Manages confidential medical records and ensures compliance.
  • Coordinates and adjusts appointments for providers and guests.
  • Handles guest check-in, billing, paperwork, and Medicare requirements.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL: 

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience. 
  • Preferred experience with Electronic Health Records Systems.
  • Strong communication skills and professionalism in all situations. 
  • Possesses a working knowledge of medical office operations.
  • Knowledge of office & administrative protocols.
  • Demonstrates an understanding of the philosophy of Canyon Ranch and its practical application.

WHAT YOU'LL RECEIVE AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE: 

  • Use of services and facilities including the spa, fitness classes, lectures, and overnight stays at all Canyon Ranch locations nationwide.
