Loraloma Club at Thomas Ranch is seeking a warm, polished, and service-focused Outside Guest Services Attendant to support daily golf operations and create an exceptional experience for members and guests from arrival to departure. This highly visible, guest-facing role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in delivering attentive hospitality, and thrives in a fast-paced team environment.


The Role

The Outside Guest Services Attendant will assist with golf cart staging, bag handling, practice facility upkeep, guest support, and overall presentation of the outside services areas. The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, physically active, and committed to upholding the standards of a luxury golf experience.


What You'll Do

  • Greet members and guest with professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality.
  • Assist golfers with loading, unloading, staging, and storing golf bags and equipment.
  • Prepare, clean, detail, charge, and stage golf carts for daily play and events.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of cart staging areas, cart return, storage facilities, podium areas, practice facilities and other areas.
  • Provide accurate information regarding tee times, course conditions, amenities, and available services.
  • Support pace of play, guest flow, tournaments, special events, and daily golf operations.
  • Assist with towels, range balls, rental clubs, bag storage, and other guest amenities.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, concerns or equipment issues.
  • Follow all safety procedures related to golf carts, equipment, guest interactions, and outdoor work areas.
  • Collaborate with golf professionals, pro-shop team members, supervisors, and fellow attendants to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Requirements

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
  • Previous golf, club, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to provide attentive, polished service in a luxury club environment.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, carry, and move throughout an outdoor work environment for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and carry golf bags and related items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintain clean, organized, and guest-ready spaces.
  • Availability to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on golf operations and event needs.

As a condition of employment applicants must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.


Work Environment

This position works onsite and primarily outdoors in varying weather conditions, including sun, heat, wind, and rain. The role requires frequent standing, walking, lifting, carrying, operating golf carts, and assisting guests throughout the property. A polished appearance, positive attitude, and consistent service mindset are essential.

Schedule: Flexible schedule required, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as business needs dictate.
