Job description

The Ranch Luxury Wellness Retreat is seeking a highly skilled, intuitive, and hospitality-driven Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional, personalized bodywork experiences that align with The Ranch’s elevated, holistic wellness philosophy.

The ideal candidate embodies professionalism, discretion, and warmth, while maintaining the highest standards of therapeutic excellence and guest care.

Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Experience
  • Provide customized massage therapy services (e.g., Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Lymphatic, Prenatal, etc.) tailored to guest needs.
  • Conduct thorough consultations to assess guest goals, preferences, and contraindications.
  • Deliver a five-star, luxury-level service experience from greeting to post-treatment follow-up.
  • Educate guests on aftercare, wellness practices, and treatment recommendations.
  • Maintain guest confidentiality and uphold discretion at all times.
Treatment Excellence
  • Maintain deep knowledge of anatomy, body mechanics, and therapeutic techniques.
  • Ensure proper draping, sanitation, and safety standards are followed.
  • Prepare treatment rooms to luxury standards before and after each session.
  • Maintain accurate and timely treatment notes.
Wellness Team Collaboration
  • Collaborate with fitness trainers, nutrition staff, and wellness practitioners to create integrated guest experiences.
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing training sessions.
  • Support spa events, retreats, and special programming as needed.
Operations & Standards
  • Follow all local/state licensing and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
  • Active and current state Massage Therapy License.
  • CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain).

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding treatments.
