Position Summary

The Operations Supervisor supports the daily hotel operation by providing leadership across departments, ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining brand standards, and driving operational efficiency. This role works closely with department leaders and team members to ensure seamless execution of hotel procedures and service expectations. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, solution-oriented, and capable of leading by example in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily hotel operations and support front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance teams as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with Marriott brand standards, company policies, and operational procedures.
  • Monitor service delivery and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Provide coaching, training, and support to team members.
  • Assist with scheduling, labor management, and productivity initiatives.
  • Conduct operational inspections and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support department leaders in achieving service, quality, and financial goals.
  • Maintain accurate records, logs, and operational reports.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and guest satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
