ABOUT CITADEL OUTLETS
Citadel Outlets is the premier outlet shopping center in beautiful Los Angeles, housing more than 130 global brands and restaurants. Located just minutes south of downtown LA, LAX and Southern California attractions, the 700,000 sq. ft. center features an array of retail stores for shoppers to experience, including Coach, Michael Kors, kate spade, Tommy Hilfiger, Polo Ralph Lauren, Armani, GUESS, Nike, H&M and more.
The number one outlet center in the LA area is hiring Full-time Custodians to maintain the overall cleanliness and appearance of the common areas and parking lot. The ideal candidate will be committed to customer service and will maintain the cleanliness of the center. Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Maintain all common areas of the center, including the public restrooms and parking lots, to the standards set by the company for cleanliness and appearance (removing gum, stains, cigarette butts, paper and debris from the ground).
  • Ensure cart is fully stocked at the beginning of the shift.
  • Support the maintenance staff as directed by the Operations Director.
  • Perform all duties according to OSHA established health and safety standards.
  • Assist customers as appropriate, always maintaining a positive friendly and helpful attitude.
  • Maintain working knowledge of all safety procedures established for the Center.
  • Maintain all custodial storage areas.
  • Ensure complete working knowledge and familiarity of all Center Emergency Procedures.
  • Sanitizing all tables and chairs, maintain the proper placement of all tables and chairs, both food court interior and food court exterior.
  • Collects dirty food trays, sanitizing them in the tray washing room and re-distributing them to the food court restaurants.
  • Maintain the proper placement of food court tabletop advertisements.
  • Ensures the food court area is clean, empty trash, wash windows, doors, clean floors and cleans spills.
  • Perform special projects or other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
  • High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (G.E.D.)
  • 1 year custodial experience prefferred, but not required.
