Ready to suit up as a Tactical Security Guard in Barrie

We are seeking a professional, alert, and community-minded Tactical Security Guard to provide safety and security services at a social service centre. The Centre offers temporary shelter and support services to vulnerable individuals.

This is a temporary assignment requiring strong conflict management skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work in high-stress environments while maintaining compassion and professionalism.

Position type: Temporary Full-time (ongoing untl further notice) 

Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday:  00:00 - 08:00

Responsibilities for a Tactical Security Guard in Barrie
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests, staff, and volunteers
  • Monitor entry and exit points; conduct bag checks if required
  • Enforce site policies and safety protocols respectfully and consistently
  • De-escalate conflicts
