Maintain accurate logs of all transactions related to vehicle movements and delivery schedules.
Enforce safety, security, and privacy protocols to safeguard clients' shipments and facility integrity.
Communicate effectively with drivers, team members, and management regarding vehicle status and operational issues.
Respond promptly to any security or safety concerns, escalating incidents when necessary.
Support the overall efficiency of the cross-dock operations by facilitating smooth vehicle flow and minimizing delays.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in security, logistics, or warehousing preferred.
Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety policies.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
