Responsibilities: What you’ll do: • Connect with current and past clients by phone to strengthen long-term relationships • Answer questions, resolve concerns, and provide exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish. • Maintain accurate client records and follow-up schedules • Have opportunities to grow in a real estate career if you pursue a real estate license • Meet daily activity goals while maintaining a professional, consultative approach What success looks like at 6 months: • High enrollment rate, consistent call metrics, and high client satisfaction scores Qualifications: What you bring (must-haves): • Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written). • Strong customer service and phone skills • Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging clients over the phone.
