In your role as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to accurately gauge clients' mental health statuses and needs.
• Create individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
• Provide psychotherapy services tailored to address the unique challenges faced by individuals in recovery.
• Document clinical records meticulously in compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations, ensuring confidentiality and legal adherence.
• Engage collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and addiction counselors to deliver coordinated care.
• Participate in clinical supervision and case consultations to continually enhance therapeutic techniques and strategies.
• Educate clients and their families about addiction, mental health, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them to take charge of their recovery.
• Stay informed on the latest research trends and therapeutic methods in mental health to continually improve practice.

As an LCSW at Gotham Enterprises Ltd., you will work directly with a diverse population, primarily focusing on individuals navigating through detoxification and early recovery. This includes addressing co-occurring mental health disorders and ensuring that clients receive holistic support that extends beyond addiction treatment.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• At least 2 years of clinical experience in providing psychotherapy services.
• Proficiency in using solution-focused therapeutic methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster trusting relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities that enhance treatment decision-making.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

• Experience working with clients in substance use treatment settings, especially detox or rehabilitation environments.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient documentation and client management.
• Specialized training in evidence-based therapies and modalities relevant to addiction treatment.
