• Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• Highly experienced Senior SAP Tax Consultant with over 10 years of SAP RTR experience
and deep functional expertise in SAP tax compliance and digital reporting
• The candidate will play a key role in leading global tax transformation initiatives,
implementing SAF-T, E-Invoicing, SAP DRC, managing SAP indirect tax in SAP from OneSource,
and ensuring end-to-end tax compliance across SAP landscapes
Roles & Responsibilities
10+ years of SAP experience, with strong focus on SAP RTR
• 5+ years of hands-on SAP tax experience
• Strong understanding of SAP FI tax configuration, tax codes, tax conditions, access sequences, and reporting
• Exposure to multi-country tax compliance and global SAP programs
• SAP Tax & Compliance
• Lead and deliver SAP tax compliance solutions including:
• SAF-T reporting (EU and global variants)
• E-Invoicing / Continuous Transaction Controls (CTC)
• SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC)
• Performs OneSource GlobalNext integration
• Drive end-to-end implementation of tax and statutory reporting solutions in SAP S/4HANA
• Ensure compliance with local and global indirect tax regulations (VAT, GST, Sales & Use Tax)
• SAP RTR Expertise
• Leverage strong Record to Report (RTR) knowledge
• Design tax solutions aligned with financial postings, document flows, and reconciliation processes
• Support accurate tax postings, adjustments, and reconciliations within RTR/OTC/PTP/SCE cycles
• Solution Design & Leadership
• Act as functional lead for SAP tax workstreams in global rollouts and transformations
• Gather business and regulatory requirements and translate them into SAP functional designs
• Work closely with ABAP and integration teams for enhancements and interfaces
• Coordinate with tax authorities platforms and third-party vendors
• Stakeholder & Governance
• Partner with Tax, Finance, IT, and external consultants to deliver compliant solutions
• Provide guidance to junior consultants and review solution designs
Generic Managerial Ski lls:
• Proven experience in full-cycle implementations, support, and upgrade projects.
• Understanding of integrating Tax with other SAP modules (MM, SD) and other enterprise systems.
• Excellent analytical skills for diagnosing and resolving complex business process and system issues.

Salary Range: $120,000-$160,000 a year
