Position Summary:

As an Acura Sales Consultant, you’ll be the face of the brand, responsible for delivering a personalized, premium experience to every client. From the first introduction to vehicle delivery and beyond, you will guide customers through an exceptional sales journey, aligning their needs with Acura's cutting-edge models, technology, and driving dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the Acura brand with passion, professionalism, and product expertise.

  • Conduct needs assessments to match clients with the right vehicle—new or certified pre-owned.

  • Provide compelling vehicle demonstrations and test drives that highlight our brand’s performance, luxury, and innovation.

  • Deliver a concierge-level sales experience from initial consultation to final vehicle handover.

  • Maintain expert knowledge of all Acura models, packages, technology, financing options, and competitive landscape.

  • Utilize the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to manage leads, appointments, and follow-ups.

  • Collaborate with the Finance & Insurance team to complete sales and lease deals accurately and efficiently.

  • Stay up to date with corporate product training and certification programs.

  • Achieve monthly sales goals and maintain high customer satisfaction scores

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in automotive sales; luxury brand experience (BMW, Audi, Mercedes-Benz, etc.) strongly preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a refined and professional demeanor.

  • Exceptional consultative selling and relationship-building abilities.

  • Passion for high-performance vehicles and Acura's driving philosophy.

  • Familiarity with automotive CRM platforms and digital lead engagement.

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

  • High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree preferred).
