How to get a job as a grower?

To become a grower, you typically need relevant experience in agriculture or horticulture, often gained through education, apprenticeships, or on-the-job training. Strong knowledge of plant care, soil management, and equipment operation is important, and some positions may require certifications such as pesticide applicator licenses. Applying to farms, nurseries, or agricultural companies and demonstrating practical skills can help secure a grower position.
