Location: Central Florida (with travel outside the state required)

Position Overview

Nu-Pipe is seeking an experienced Grouting Technician to operate and support grout injection operations for drainage pipe rehabilitation projects. This field-based role requires hands-on technical skill, mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to travel to multiple job sites, including projects outside Florida. The ideal candidate is eager to work 10 days on, 4 days off and learn new techniques, methods, and materials to grow their expertise.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Operate grout injection equipment for polyurethane or cementitious grout

  • Prepare and mix grout materials according to project specifications

  • Inject grout to seal voids, reinforce structures, and prevent water infiltration

  • Monitor injection pressure, material flow, and application rates to ensure proper installation

  • Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshoot issues as needed

  • Work safely in confined spaces when required, adhering to all safety and environmental regulations

  • Maintain accurate records of materials used and job progress

  • Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and team members to ensure project success

  • Learn and adapt to new grouting techniques, methods, and materials

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in grout injection or similar construction/utility work

  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate field equipment

  • Physical stamina and comfort working in confined spaces or challenging conditions

  • Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to industry regulations

  • CDL preferred but not required

  • Willingness to travel outside Florida for projects

  • Flexibility to work 10 days on, 4 days off
