Job description

Get Air Trampoline Parks is looking for an organized, energetic, and customer-focused Group Sales Coordinator to help grow group events and facility rentals across our parks.
In this role, you'll work with schools, businesses, churches, camps, sports teams, and community organizations to coordinate memorable events while building lasting customer relationships. Reporting to the Service Center Director, you'll manage the booking process from initial inquiry through event completion.
What You'll Do
  • Respond to inbound group sales inquiries by phone and email
  • Prospect and generate new group bookings through outbound calls and emails
  • Build relationships with schools, businesses, camps, churches, sports teams, and community organizations
  • Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and convert leads into bookings
  • Coordinate group events, field trips, fundraisers, corporate events, team parties, and facility rentals
  • Manage booking details and customer communication using internal systems
  • Partner with park teams to ensure successful event execution
  • Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the booking process
