A Group Fitness Instructor is to create an experience in our studios that is unparalleled to any other experience around. This includes strong command and knowledge of the discipline which he/she is to teach, professional look and attire, strong execution of techniques, strong delivery of techniques, an ability to deliver the experience which includes a planned class format/ profile or experience. The LSF Group Fitness Instructor Identifies himself/herself at the beginning of each class, gives the class name, a brief class synopsis, identifies new people and people with physical limitations. LSF Instructors are coaches which "roam" the room creating a Personal Training in a Group Fitness Setting that again is un-paralleled to the rest.
Continuing education is a requirement of the LSF Group Fitness Instructor through attending fitness conventions and workshops. To be Group Fitness Instructor at SF you must work individually with the Group Fitness Director in staying current with this description and the fitness trends of today. All Group Fitness Instructors must have competitive certifications and a minimum of 2 years experience.
