Deutsch is looking for a chronically online Strategy Director, Social to help shape an iconic brand's presence across paid and owned social tactics. This means thinking beyond campaigns - proactively finding ways to keep the brand relevant in the feed and in culture.
This brand has a distinctive & successful voice and persona in social - with a high bar to keep it that way. Your job will be protecting that edge while continuing to evolve it with the next generation of social best practices and emergent social behaviors. You will work as a unit with the client social team, creatives, & partners - deeply embedded & collaborating to bring a shared vision to life.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Uphold the Social Persona
Be the ultimate filter for all ideas and tactics on social to maintain consistency of voice
Refine work with creatives using the brand persona as a north star
Shape the Creative Output
Be a creative partner pushing the work to be social-first in practice - not just in theory
Join social productions with an eye for following best practices & brand guidelines
Own Social Thought-Leadership
Be on the cutting edge of what's happening across platforms & trends relevant to the brand
Share always-on thought-leadership and proactive thinking on ways for the brand to activate
Help raise the bar through thoughtful pushes on experimentation and evolutions
