Overview

A Group Strategy Director serves as a part of the agency Extended Leadership Team, responsible for overseeing multiple accounts as well as contributing strategic vision and thought leadership that drives growth for their accounts. They are accountable for the continuously raising the bar on the quality of our strategic deliverables.

Responsibilities

   Influential Agency-wide strategic leadership, delivering valuable thought leadership to multiple clients and internal teams    Drives best in class insight, data-informed strategy, and innovative thinking    Acts as a catalyst to spark curiosity and innovation within the Strategy team and across all lines of business in the client portfolio     Builds client relationships, identifying new ways to broaden offering, and grow existing relationships and revenue    Participates in new business pitches    Works collaboratively with senior management, agency partners and peers to successfully contribute to the success of the agency 

Qualifications

   Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.    10 plus years work experience as a leader in marketing, advertising, promotions, media, or digital, CPG and/or retail experience required.     Knowledge of secondary research data sources; ability to navigate and extract baseline insights    Creates aesthetically-pleasing, impactful presentations    Experienced brainstorm and/or workshop facilitator    Quickly able to master the agency's processes and products    Demonstrated excellence in strategically planning campaigns to align with clients' strategic goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)    Ability to anticipate and quickly assess continually changing client needs and adapt resources and strategies accordingly    Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills    Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide the team towards achieving results.

 Compensation Range: USD $129,485.00 - USD $168,340.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
