About the job:
We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to lead a portfolio of strategic initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, implementing governance frameworks, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. You will manage complex, multi-project portfolios, foster internal project management capabilities, and champion continuous improvement and automation initiatives. The position requires onsite presence in Plano, TX.
What you will do at Sogeti:
  • Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects across operational and technology domains.
  • Develop and implement project governance frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic business goals.
  • Provide executive-level reporting and insights.
  • Mentor and train internal teams in project management best practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives across business processes.

  • 10+ years of experience in project or program management.
