Job Title Technical Program Manager Overview We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives focused on payment systems, product operations, automation, and data-driven decision-making. This role will be responsible for planning and executing programs, improving operational efficiency through automation, managing stakeholders, and ensuring successful project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. Key Responsibilities Develop comprehensive project and program plans, defining scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables aligned with product roadmaps. Lead cross-functional teams to design, implement, and scale AI-driven automation solutions that streamline manual workflows and improve operational efficiency. Coordinate collaboration between internal Product, Engineering, Operations teams, and external payment partners. Communicate project status, milestones, and progress to stakeholders and leadership using data and analytics dashboards. Ensure project objectives and deliverables are completed within agreed scope, schedule, budget, and resource constraints. Configure, analyze, and interpret operational and transactional data to solve complex business problems and develop executive dashboards. Identify technical, operational, and financial risks related to payment processing and develop mitigation strategies. Serve as a subject matter expert on payment systems, transactional workflows, and customer checkout experiences. Support product lifecycle activities, including defining user stories, maintaining product roadmaps, prioritizing backlogs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Identify opportunities to automate repetitive processes using AI tools and workflow automation. Build and maintain interactive dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs) and translate data into actionable business insights. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree. 6+ years of IT experience. 3+ years of Program Management experience. Strong Project Management expertise. Experience with Product Management, including product lifecycle support, user stories, roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration. Experience implementing automation solutions using AI tools and workflow automation. Experience designing and maintaining data analytics dashboards and KPI reporting. Knowledge of payment processing, transactional workflows, and customer checkout experiences. Experience using project management and analytics tools such as Jira and Power BI.
