Job Summary:
Three Saints Bay, LLC is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead execution of complex DoD programs, providing strategic oversight and ensuring alignment with mission objectives. The role involves planning, execution, and oversight of program activities while interfacing with Government leadership.
Responsibilities:
• Lead planning, execution, and oversight of program activities
• Serve as primary interface with Government leadership
• Oversee cost, schedule, and performance management
• Direct cross-functional teams and ensure delivery of contract requirements
• Provide strategic guidance and risk mitigation recommendations
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 14 years of experience managing DoD programs
• Demonstrated supervisory experience
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
• Successful completion of Bennett Aerospace Background Investigation, Drug Screening, and Credit Check.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a Government background investigation and meet suitability requirements.
Preferred:
• PMP certification
• Experience supporting PEO IEW&S or similar organizations
