Description

Our client is a stable, growing commercial construction company looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their Calgary team. You'll lead commercial construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects while building strong client relationships and contributing to a collaborative team.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage commercial construction projects from start to finish.

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.

  • Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and clients.

  • Monitor project progress and manage scope, budgets, and timelines.

  • Prepare and negotiate contracts, change orders, and project documentation.

  • Ensure quality control and compliance with health and safety standards.

  • Review project costs, forecasts, billings, and monthly financial reports.

  • Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders.

  • Liaise with regulatory authorities and oversee project documentation.

  • Manage project close-out, including deficiencies, client walkthroughs, and final documentation.

  • Build strong client relationships that support future business opportunities.

What You Must Have
