HIIT / Group Fitness Instructor – Crunch FitnessAre you passionate about fitness, full of energy, and ready to inspire? Crunch Fitness is looking for dynamic HIIT and Group Fitness Instructors who can lead fun, effective, and motivating classes that keep our members coming back for more.
As a Crunch Instructor, you’ll bring the music, the moves, and the motivation — creating an unforgettable group experience where members of all fitness levels feel empowered, challenged, and supported.
What You’ll Do

  • Lead safe, high-energy, and results-driven group classes (HIIT, strength, cardio, or specialty formats).
  • Deliver workouts that are fun, engaging, and adaptable to all fitness levels.
  • Motivate and inspire participants to push toward their goals while enjoying the process.
  • Represent the Crunch brand with professionalism, positivity, and enthusiasm.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong connections with members.
  • Stay current with certifications, continuing education, and fitness trends.
What We’re Looking For

  • Current nationally accredited Group Fitness Certification (AFAA, ACE, NASM preferred).
  • Valid Yoga or Pilates certification also considered.
  • Prior experience leading group fitness classes.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for motivating others.
  • Ability to adapt instruction to different fitness levels and create an inclusive environment.
