Our Group Fitness Instructors create fun, high-energy class experiences that inspire members of all fitness levels to show up, feel confident, and challenge themselves safely. A Group Fitness Instructor is a confident, supportive coach who creates an inclusive and motivating environment for participants of all fitness levels. They prioritize proper movement, safety, and results while delivering high-energy, well-structured sessions that feel both challenging and approachable. Clear communication is essential, including strong verbal cueing, and the ability to provide meaningful regressions and progressions within a group format. A successful Group Fitness Instructor balances individual attention with group flow, adapting programming and coaching style based on class size, skill level, and energy in the room. They are reliable, prepared, and professional, consistently showing up with a plan and a positive attitude.
