The Associate Clinician's goal is to increase the person's capacity for independent community living, through the establishment of support, rapport, modeling, teaching, and the provision of activities and learning experiences. The Associate Clinician is also assigned tasks and functions to cover vacancies or absences as required. The Associate Clinician exercises discretion and sound judgment in the performance of the duties of the position.
