Group Centergy uses poses and exercise from Yoga and Pilates, and matches movements to emotive music to create a simple, fun and effective way to mind-body train for the average person.
Healthtrax Fitness and Wellness is hiring men and women to teach group exercise classes. Seeking people committed to fitness with the ability to learn and follow choreography while keeping time to music while motivating and monitoring the safety and exertion levels of participants for optimal enjoyment and success.
