Job Title: Group Exercise Instructor
Reports To: General Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Group Exercise Instructor to lead our diverse group fitness classes. The ideal candidate will motivate and inspire participants while promoting a fun, inclusive, and safe workout environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging group exercise classes, including but not limited to yoga, Zumba, Pilates, cycling, HIIT, and strength training.
  • Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and safety protocols to participants.
  • Monitor and assess participants' fitness levels and provide modifications as necessary.
  • Create a positive and energetic atmosphere that encourages participation and camaraderie.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workout spaces and equipment.
  • Foster strong relationships with members to enhance member experience and retention.
  • Stay updated on current fitness trends and techniques through continuous education and training.
  • Attend staff meetings and contribute ideas for class and program enhancements.

Qualifications:
  • Certification in group fitness instruction (e.g., ACE, AFAA, NASM) or equivalent.
  • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Experience leading group fitness classes is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a motivating and encouraging demeanor.
