Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Landfill Maintenance/Grounds Keeper to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our landfill facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the grounds are well-kept, equipment is maintained, and safety standards are met at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in groundskeeping, maintenance, or a related field is a plus.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
- Ability to operate maintenance equipment such as mowers, tractors, and other tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep the landfill grounds clean and tidy.
- Operate and maintain equipment such as mowers, tractors, and other tools.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Assist with waste disposal and recycling efforts as needed.
