• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify mental health needs and establish individualized therapy plans tailored to their specific conditions and goals.
• Implement effective therapeutic interventions, adjusting approaches based on clients' progress, preferences, and evolving needs.
• Utilize cognitive-behavioral techniques and other evidence-based approaches to encourage healing, resilience, and personal growth.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client assessments, treatment plans, and progress in a confidential electronic medical records (EMR) system.
• Engage in continual learning and participate in professional development activities, including training sessions and team collaborations to stay current with the latest therapeutic practices.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse clientele, including adults, adolescents, and families experiencing a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Our telehealth model allows us to reach clients from various backgrounds and locations, ensuring access to the mental health support they need.

• A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is essential.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building trusting relationships with clients.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems is preferred and will enhance workflow efficiency.

Experience in crisis intervention and the application of various therapeutic modalities is advantageous. Familiarity with telehealth platforms is a plus, as is a proven track record of positive client outcomes through evidence-based practices.
