Are you someone who enjoys staying active, working independently, and providing great customer service? Are you looking for reliable hours and consistent pay? Were looking for reliable, motivated individuals to join our team as full-time FedEx Ground Delivery Drivers!
In this role, youll be the face of our companydelivering packages safely, efficiently, and with a smile. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in a job well done, we want to hear from you.
What Youll Do
Safely operate a company-provided delivery truck
Deliver and pick up packages along a designated route
Ensure timely, accurate deliveries while maintaining safety standards
Provide friendly, professional service to customers
Handle packages of varying sizes (youll stay active throughout your day!)
Follow all company policies and driving regulations
Compensation & Growth
$160/day during paid training (typically ~3 weeks)
$170+/day after training, with increases based on performance, safety, and reliability
$180$200/day for drivers with 1+ year of FedEx experience
Opportunity to pick up a 6th day for additional earnings
Schedule & Stability
Full-time positions with steady, year-round work
Consistent schedules so you can plan your life outside of work
Reliable routes and dependable weekly hours
Most drivers work 5 days per week
