About the Role:
Join the JUST TRANSPORT INC team as a FedEx Ground driver based out of Ventura, CA! We're looking for motivated, reliable individuals ready to hit the road and deliver excellence every single day. If you take pride in your work and love being on the move, this opportunity is for you.

Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate a delivery vehicle along assigned FedEx Ground routes in the Ventura, CA area
  • Load, unload, and organize packages for efficient daily delivery
  • Scan and track packages using FedEx Ground systems to ensure accurate delivery records
  • Deliver and pick up packages in a timely, professional manner to residential and commercial customers
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe delivery vehicle at all times
  • Adhere to all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety policies
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members to resolve delivery issues
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift and carry packages up to 75 lbs regularly
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet daily delivery deadlines
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
