Ground-Level Construction Laborer


Location: Charlotte, NC


Specialized Construction Work With Long-Term Opportunity

FullTerra performs environmental mitigation work on active construction sites, specializing in radon mitigation and vapor intrusion systems. This role requires prior hands-on experience in construction trades such as concrete or plumbing. Candidates with backgrounds in concrete, plumbing, or related site work will be the best fit.


This position supports field installation work on new construction projects, primarily before slab placement. You will work in sub-slab conditions, assist with environmental mitigation systems, and help crews execute work safely and efficiently in coordination with active site conditions. We are looking for someone who understands construction, can recognize the tools and materials involved, and is ready to join a company focused on long-term growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform labor and installation support for radon mitigation and vapor intrusion systems
  • Work on active new construction sites in sub-slab phases
  • Assist with site preparation, installation activities, and material movement
  • Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
  • Follow drawings, project direction, and safety requirements
  • Maintain dependable attendance and professionalism on-site
  • Travel to job sites as needed

Qualifications
