Who You Are

The Inventory and Logistics Coordinator will support Sila with warehouse operations and auditing. The associate will perform all warehouse activities, including both inbound and outbound operations

This is expected to be a 12 months contract.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Accept and receive all incoming deliveries from small and large parcel carries, including FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, Amazon, etc.
  • Receive and store cylinder gas and chemical deliveries
  • Perform incoming inspection checks on deliveries, specific to the delivery type.
  • Complete receipt transactions for incoming shipments in the ERP system
  • Check and report damage found on deliveries or items in the warehouse.
  • Process incoming paperwork and complete quality checks for quantity and accuracy.
  • Sort and stow raw materials, spare parts, equipment, and consumables.
  • Maintain an orderly warehouse area
  • Maintain and stock spares, consumables and input materials in their respective storage locations
  • Perform weekly inventory audits
  • Fulfill internal requests and provide assistance with moves, stocking, deliveries and shipping tasks
  • Prepare and stage items for return or freight collection
  • Assist with loading of outbound shipments
  • Support all logistics actions, including order fulfillment and internal shipment request
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
  • 2+ years experience working inbound and outbound operations
  • Experience working with software Inventory Management Systems
  • Forklift operator certification a plus
  • Experience receiving and handling hazardous materials
  • Able to work overtime as required
  • Experience with SAGE Enterprise Resource Planning software a plus
  • Consistent and reliable task completion
  • Consistent and clear communication across multiple teams
Physical Demands and Working Conditions
  • Ability to wear personal protective equipment including, but not limited to gloves, safety glasses, and safety shoes
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
  • Able to walk long distances and stand for extended periods of time


Shift: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm

The starting base pay for this role is between $25/hr and $30/hr at the time of posting. The actual base pay depends on many factors, such as education, experience, and skills. Base pay is only one part of Sila's competitive Total Rewards package that can include benefits, perks, and equity. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for overtime.
