Position: Medical Receptionist

Location: Groton, CT

Duration: ASAP to 08/29/26 (Possible extension)

Pay: $23/hr.

Schedule:

  • Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs: 06:45 am - 03:15 pm

  • Friday: 05:45 am - 02:15 pm

  • 40 hours weekly | No weekends

  • There may be an occasional request to the schedule until 6 pm

Overview:

  • Manage front desk operations with professionalism and accuracy

  • Answer phones and provide excellent customer service

  • Perform insurance verification, billing, etc

  • Schedule patient appointments

  • Utilize the EMR system: EPIC

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in healthcare or a medical office setting is required

  • Experience with EPIC EMR is highly preferred

  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
