THE CLIENT WILL NEED ASSISTANCE WITH PERSONAL GROOMING, ASSIST WITH SELF-ADMIN MEDICATION, COOKING DINNER, CLEANING, TAKING THE TRASH OUT, ETC. AGENCY WILL PAY $9.00 PER HOUR FOR THIS CASE.
