3rd Shift Stocker
Full Time
Are you a night owl? Lots of things happen behind the scenes at DLM to create a beautiful store ready for business. We have associates working around the clock – stocking shelves, replenishing fruits and veggies, cooking, baking, and cleaning. Our Grocery department is looking for a dependable associate who can work both individually and as part of a team. The main duties will include stocking shelves, rotating product and displays, changing signs, and some minor cleaning. Hours are typically from 11pm to 7am.
Qualifications:
  • A desire to make folks happy by providing Honestly Better® Food and Service.
  • A willingness to learn about and taste great food.
  • A willingness to practice the DLM Team Values: Be Honest, Safe, Helpful, and Hard-Working
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prior stocking experience is preferred.
  • 18 years or older.
Physical Requirements:
  • Standing for long periods of time.
  • Lifting up to 60lbs.
  • Must have holiday and weekend availability.
