Right now, our AUBURN, WA store is seeking a Full Time Stocker Merchandiser!
Hourly Rate: $17.13 per hour
Position Summary: Responsible for maintaining shelf stock and department level merchandising.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The Stocker Merchandiser responsibilities include the following and other duties as assigned:
  • Placing merchandise on the sales floor and set up displays
  • Cultivates a well-merchandised/displayed store
  • Stocks store with merchandise as directed by store management

Customer Service
  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer service to a variety of customers.

Product Rotation
  • Rotates product on display based on the store's rotation schedule, including holiday merchandise.

Provide a Safe and Clean Environment for Customers
  • Maintains a safe working/shopping environment for customers and employees.

Qualifications/Basic Job Requirements:
  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred but not required
  • 1 -- 3 months of related experience and/or training
  • Attends every scheduled shift
  • Exceptional analytical, judgment, decision-making and communications skills
  • Superior coaching, leadership and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build understanding and consensus
