About the Role

Join a growing team that builds Grizzly Coolers, beverage units, branded displays, carts, and other IRP-made products recognized across the country. Our Assembly Team Members work across multiple lines and product types—perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, variety, and a fast-paced environment.

You don’t need experience—we’ll train you! All we need is reliability, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

What You’ll Do

  • Assemble coolers, beverage units, cabinets, carts, and other IRP products by following work instructions and using hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely.
  • Install components such as latches, lids, hardware, casters, graphics, hinges, and wiring depending on the product line.
  • Apply graphics, decals, and vinyl branding; perform detail cleaning, finishing steps, and final inspections to ensure products meet IRP’s quality standards.
  • Review work orders, build sheets, and pick lists to understand daily assembly requirements; stage materials and parts; and move finished products to the correct areas for packaging or shipping.
  • Communicate shortages, quality concerns, or process issues to leads or supervisors.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with your team to meet daily goals and cross-train across multiple lines to support production needs.
