POSITION SUMMARY:
The purpose of this position is to prepare snacks and meals on an as needed basis using predetermined preparation standards and recipes. The position is expected to clean and maintain the cooking and serving areas. Added responsibilities include covering F&B Supervisor duties in Supervisor's absence. Leading a crew of 2-6 daily, food prep and stocking.
This is a temporary position.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must be the minimum required age to serve alcoholic beverages at the location for which you apply.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.
  • Familiar with direct heat and indirect heat cooking methods.
  • Familiar with basic kitchen/cooking/bar equipment.
  • Previous supervision experience a plus
  • Background in restaurants or food service preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrates strong customer service skills.
  • Bi-Lingual a plus
  • Excellent customer service skills, energetic, enthusiastic and motivational.
  • High standards in ethics service and image.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Food Handler certification.
  • Alcohol Server certification required within 30 days of employment only if serving and/or selling alcohol at the location of employment
  • Occasional bending, kneeling, and lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Frequent standing, walking, reaching, climbing and balancing around club.
  • Indoor and outdoor Café areas with exposure to the outdoor elements at times.
  • The noise level is usually moderate to high at times.
  • Be able to work in a standing position for extended periods of time.
