Job description

This position is Nights, approximately 7 pm - 4 am, 4 nights a week, may include weekends

Summary:

The Sweeper Driver must complete scheduled routes and miscellaneous work orders as needed.  Much of this position involves the maintenance of commercial properties’ exterior lots and facilities, changing trash liners, blowing debris from the perimeter of the parking lots, clearing moss, pressure washing, spill control, and Winter services.  This individual must be punctual and dependable and can follow safety and company rules/regulations.

             Tier 1: $23.00 - $24.00 New Hire

Tier 2: $25.50 - $27.00 - One year to 3 years of experience with the company

Tier 3: $26.00 - $28.00 - 3+ years of experience with the company

Tier 4: $27.00 - $29.00 - 7+ years of experience with the company                     

**Must have valid drivers license along with a clean driving record.**

Shift: 7:00 PM - 5:30 PM (4 ten hour shifts)

Job Duties:

  1. Operate power sweep (truck) in assigned parking areas as assigned by your route
  2. Power blow (gas powered) sidewalk and curbs of assigned areas
  3. Hand clear Hardscaped areas and Landscape beds
  4. Change garbage-can liners & lids
  5. Spill Control - Pressure wash, sweep, and reclamation
  6. Winterize, De-icing, shoveling, spreading De-icer, Plowing services
  7. Complete routes as scheduled and promptly and report hazards found onsite.
  8. Complete all other requests made by the supervisor or management
