Job description

Summary

Responsible for overall supervision and operations of the designated physician office(s). Works with management and physicians in a collaborative manner, assuring all policies, procedures and programs are compatible with goals and objectives of line of business.

Education

Must be a graduate of a school of professional nursing.

Licensure/Certification

Valid Registered Nurse license required. Maintains CPR certification.

Experience

3 years experience in a physician office setting or related field; supervisory experience preferred. Electronic medical record experience preferred. Staff scheduling experience preferred.

Other Qualifications

Must have solid verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of clinical operations, service excellence, clinical quality and education initiatives. Must be familiar with computers.
