Job description

This position requires 100% traveling availability, It will be site-based according to open construction projects.

The Lead Supervisor Group in VAME CPX. Technical Proficiency and Subject Matter Experts for Installation and Commissioning of Vestas Wind Turbines.

Responsibilities

- Oversee the operations of CPX Site Execution.

- The right hand of the Construction Manager.

- Plan all day to day work for technicians and manage all site activities from first component delivery to last turbine handed over to Service.

- Mentor/Train/Coach site personnel

Qualifications

- Technician Tech III Level (or comparable)

- Worked on and/or learned turbine installation on a Vestas Construction Project

- Performed Mechanical Walkdowns

- Ran a Turbine Commissioning Crew

- Full workability of normal office computer/software skillset

- Natural Leadership Skills

- SAP and Procore Training
