Our Household team members are supported by a dedicated Clinical Coordinator and Household Coordinator.

Rosedale Green & Emerald Trace is looking for compassionate, reliable people to join our team!

On a routine basis, people share that upon entering Rosedale & Emerald they have a feeling of warmth and welcoming that they do not feel at other places. We believe that comes from that family atmosphere that is created when a group of people that truly care about each other come together for a common purpose. Our employees benefit from this common purpose through lower staff to resident ratios, well-stocked supplies and cutting-edge technology including electronic medical records. All of these advantages create a situation where our staff and residents have genuinely close relationships.

We have paid team members a bonus for the following: team member referrals, team member retention, perfect attendance, holiday attendance, Christmas length of service bonus, etc.

  • Also, Rosedale has allowed staff members to cash in up to 40 PTO hours in past years around the end of the year just in time to provide a boost for Holiday shopping!

Opportunities for Advancement / Career Path: Whether you are looking for an opportunity to grow into a permanent supervisory or leadership role or are looking to be a peer mentor for a new employee, we offer both educational and monetary opportunities.

On top of that our employees have the opportunity for FREE doctor visits and FREE prescriptions through our partnership with CareHere!
