What is Green Card sponsorship in radiology?

Green Card sponsorship in radiology refers to the process in which an employer, such as a hospital or medical group, sponsors a foreign-trained radiologist or radiology professional for permanent residency in the United States. This typically involves employment-based visa categories, like EB-2 or EB-3, where the employer files a petition on behalf of the candidate. The process includes labor certification, petition approval, and adjustment of status or consular processing. Successful sponsorship allows the radiologist to live and work permanently in the U.S. and eventually apply for citizenship.
