Licensed Massage Therapist – Weekend Shifts

Our weekends are some of our busiest and highest-demand days, and we are currently looking for Licensed Massage Therapists who can help us meet that demand. To reward weekend availability, we offer additional Peak Pay for qualifying Saturday and Sunday shifts, giving you the opportunity to increase your earnings during our busiest days.
Whether you're looking to add just a weekend shift or two to your current schedule or are interested in building a larger part-time or full-time schedule with us, we'll work with you to create a schedule that fits your lifestyle while helping you maximize your earning potential.

Responsibilities
  • Perform exceptional massage therapy services
  • Consult with guests before each service to customize treatments based on their needs and health history
  • Deliver outstanding 50- and 80-minute massage experiences
  • Perform enhancement services and add-on treatments such as cupping, gua-sha, prenatal, and deep tissue
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary treatment room
  • Build a loyal request clientele through exceptional guest care—we provide the guests for you to build a strong following
  • Collaborate with our leadership team to provide a seamless guest experience
  • Continue growing your skills through paid training and continuing education opportunities
Qualifications
  • Active Colorado Massage Therapy License (DORA)
  • Strong knowledge of Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage
  • Excellent communication and guest service skills
  • Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
  • Saturday and/or Sunday availability strongly preferred
  • Sports Massage, Prenatal Massage, Myofascial Release, or spa experience is a plus—but not required
Compensation
Typical earnings: $55–$80+ per service hour (this includes gratuity)
Compensation includes:
