Job description

JAX INC is a manufacturer and international distributor of a wide variety of lubricants with a specialty in food grade products. JAX has been in business since 1955. We take pride in producing quality products and our ability to quickly respond to our customersโ€™ individual needs.

JAX is preparing to increase our staff at our Campbell Drive facility in Menomonee Falls. We are seeking a Grease Manufacturing Operator to join the current team.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience completing and filling orders in a production environment. Previous experience entering finished products into an ERP system is a requirement for this position. Requires an individual with high attention to detail to maintain daily production logs for the Grease Plant operations. The hours are Monday through Friday AM shift.

The position reports to the Plant Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Review manufacturing schedule at start of shift

Follow all batch ticket instructions accurately to produce quality product in an efficient and safe manner

Report production issues to grease plant manager and work collaboratively to solve process issues

Assist with labeling and skidding product

Cycle counts raw materials

Maintain an organized, uncluttered blending area

Stage raw materials for the next dayโ€™s production.

Assist with packaging from finishing kettles.

Unloading of bulk raw materials from tank trucks to storage silos

Fill out the Grease Plant Daily Production Log with the batches completed for that day

Education Requirement:

High School Diploma or equivalent.
