Job description

This role plays a pivotal role in empowering FloQast's direct sales team. As a Solutions Architect, you will be a product and compliance expert who will co-sell our Connected Compliance solutions with Account Executives to prospects and existing clients. As a liaison between sales and clients, you will be the go-to resource for tackling compliance-specific inquiries, scenarios, and other elements that arise throughout the sales cycle, all with the goal of driving revenue to its fullest potential and nurturing the development of our sales representatives. 
 
You will be responsible for delivering the Solution WIN for our Connected Compliance solution as part of the broader platform win story. You will be responsible for carrying an ARR growth quota for the Compliance business. 
 
This role has a requirement of working in office 3 days per week, which may be subject to change based on team and business needs, as determined by the department leader. Please note that this requirement is subject to ongoing review and may be adjusted in the future.

What You'll Do:
  • Join various remote & on-site demonstration meetings with sales reps to help answer technical/operational compliance questions.  
  • Project manage strategic post-sale implementations to ensure clients achieve their specific success metrics and realize the full value of FloQast Connected Compliance.
  • Effectively track success metrics during pre-sales discovery to communicate with post sales teams on why customers purchased FloQast (Close, Transform, Compliance)
  • Lead internal training and design educational content to elevate the sales team's compliance expertise, focusing on effective positioning, objection handling, and articulating the unique value proposition of the FloQast platform.
  • Coordinate with product, support & setup team(s) to understand roadmap developments & act as a liaison between direct sales & setup team to ensure a smooth implementation.
  • Assist partnership/consulting team in running demonstrations for PE and Partner firms
  • Assist Customer Success team by joining calls with current clients to address compliance-related questions, support customer retention, continue to drive home and assist with tracking of success metrics
  • Serve as the resident subject matter expert on the GRC landscape, analyzing competitor differences and historical win-loss data to refine sales strategies and strengthen partnership initiatives.
  • Revise & organize IT / sales collateral necessary for direct sales team.
  • Consult with the BVC (Business Value Consulting) team to build custom solutions and ROI metrics for Value engagements
  • Respond to Compliance related RFPs
  • Travel required, up to 30%

What You'll Bring:
  • Experience: 4+ years in Internal Audit or Risk Advisory
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, Finance, Law, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of frameworks (SOX, COSO, ISO 27001) and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for any audience.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven track record of mastering new platforms, identifying customer pain points, and building compelling business cases or strategic solution strategies.
  • Communication: Exceptional presentation and writing skills, including experience creating marketing content (e.g., LinkedIn, podcasts).
  • Stakeholder Management: Skilled at engaging executive-level stakeholders and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to drive growth and market-enablement initiatives.
  • Mindset: A proactive self-starter who stays ahead of market trends and customer needs.

  • Certifications in GRC or audit (e.g., CISA, GRCP) are a plus.
  • Prior Solutions Architect or Solutions Consulting experience.
  • Experience with compliance-specific software solutions is highly desirable, understanding of the competitive landscape.

The base salary range for this position is $95,000 - $130,000. This position is eligible for a commission plan in addition to base pay. Compensation is not limited to base salary.
